In 2023, establish cooperative relationships with major companies and reach transportation agreements, with an annual river ship transportation volume of 400000 to 800000 tons. The company has established strategic partnerships with multiple ports along the Yangtze River, such as Nantong Port, Nantong Sha Port, Jiangyin Sulong Thermal Power Terminal, etc., to better strengthen the transfer operations of sea and river vessels. We undertake the business of transporting coal from the north to the south through the river sea intermodal transportation mode. We account for more than 15% of the coal supply capacity of major power plants in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, with some power plants exceeding 30%. In 2019, we completed 186 transportation tasks, with a freight volume of 6.385 million tons, and the Shenhua Zhun liner has completed lease renewals. In 2020, 286 ships were completed with a freight volume of 8.97 million tons.
